As Managing Partner and Principal of Aegis Advocates, Asha is actively involved in the management of complex client matters – from structuring and reviewing commercial arrangements to property transactions, corporate compliance, employment matters and dispute resolution.

She has particular experience in land and real estate, advising on acquisitions, transfers, leases, securities, title due diligence and other property-related transactions. Her corporate practice includes advising companies on governance, shareholding and ownership changes, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and day-to-day business legal requirements.

Asha also represents and advises clients in contentious matters, with an approach centred on understanding the client’s underlying objective and identifying the most effective legal strategy – whether through negotiation, settlement or litigation.

Her practice is defined by professional independence, careful attention to detail and practical problem-solving. She believes that effective legal representation goes beyond identifying the law: a lawyer must understand the client’s circumstances, anticipate risk and provide advice that can be acted upon.
