As a Senior Associate of Aegis Advocates, Madinah is actively involved in the management of complex client matters – from client meetings and information gathering to drafting, presentation and preparation of documentary evidence to be relied upon in legal advisory and litigation from all areas of the law including corporate compliance, employment matters and dispute resolution.

She has particular experience in trial advocacy, strategic negotiations and mediations with matters that are best resolved through alternatives to court adjudication and legal procedures like family law estate management, plea bargains and day to day legal business.

In the same grain, she has handled land and real estate, advising on acquisitions, transfers, leases, securities, title due diligence and other property-related transactions. Her corporate practice includes advising companies on governance, shareholding and ownership changes, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and day-to-day business legal requirements.
